Prices quoted below are weekly per apartment. All prices are shown in euro.

• Bookings are generally taken weekly from Saturday to Saturday, though exceptions may be made during the low season.
  
• Prices quoted are WEEKLY per apartment in Euro
  
• Use of all facilities is included; swimming pool 6/1-9/31; campo dell bocce; table tennis.
  
• The specified number of persons per house must not be exceeded with out prior permission.
  
• Extra bed, space permitting, Euro 25 a night.
  
• Prices include all local taxes, linen and towels with a weekly change of laundry for stays of more than 7 days.
  
• Energy for lighting and cooking is included in the prices quoted, but NOT that for central heating which is metered and charged separately at Euro 0,90 a unit.
  
• All guests must register on arrival together with a security deposit of Euro 250 per apartment/Euro 500 Villa Donati.
  
• Visitors are requested to arrive after 5 pm and to vacate apartments on day of departure by 10 am. In the case or an earlier arrival please inform us and we will do our best to prepare the apartment as soon as our cleaning schedule permits.
  
• Buffet Breakfast is available at Euro 10 per person & supper at Euro 35 upon request during mid and high season or for groups of 12 or more all year. Special events can also be organized and catered upon request.
  
• Cots & high chairs are available for rental at Euro 25 a week.
  
• Each apartment has a telephone; outgoing calls can be made directly, which are logged by computer at Euro 0,22 per unit. Incoming calls are directed through the main switchboard or with the appropriate extension number can be dialed directly out of office hours.
  
• In order to secure a booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of availability with the balance to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. Bookings are automatically annulled if payment has not been received by the specified dates.
  
• Cancellation. We advise all guests to take an insurance policy, which should cover the eventuality of cancellation. Monies paid are only refundable if we are able to re-book the apartment.
